In 2007, the THS Mock Trial Association, Inc. was formed as a New York State not-for-profit corporation. Shortly thereafter, the corporation received IRS 501 (c)(3) status as a charitable organization. The goal of the organization is to raise funds for the international tournament the team hosts--the Empire City Invitational.

The team is currently seeking donations to finance this year's Empire City Invitational. Anyone that is interested in making a tax-deductible donation to the corporation should contact Justin Matarrese, President, at: justin.matarrese@thslaw.org
