In 2007, the THS Mock Trial Association, Inc. was formed as a New York State not-for-profit corporation. Shortly thereafter, the corporation received IRS 501 (c)(3) status as a charitable organization. The goal of the organization is to raise funds for the Tottenville High School Mock Trial Team; specifically, to help finance the international tournament the team hosts--the Empire City Invitational. Additionally, it also helps defray the costs of the school's participation in the New York State Mock Trial program.

The team is currently seeking donations to finance this year's Empire City Invitational. Anyone that is interested in making a tax-deductible donation to the corporation should contact Justin Matarrese, President, at: justin.matarrese@thslaw.org
